Does anyone know of a way to move your outdoor plants when you move your household to a different lot? Alternatively, is there an in-game cheat to create money trees?

I have a couple perfect money trees that I wanted to take with me when I moved, but they weren't packed along with my furniture and it doesn't appear like I can put them in the family's 'household items' area manually. I glanced over cheats on other sites, tried moveObjects, to no avail.

I'm guessing it is just impossible to being them with me when I move. Of course I can just cheat if I need money, anyway. I just wanted to bring them with me.
