My adult Sim taught her toddler to talk. A pop-up said something cute like "Brady has learned to talk. Now the only issue is getting him to stop!" I assumed this was just referring to Brady's new talking skill. It turns out that toddler Brady hasn't stopped talking for over 24 hours and NOTHING will end this interaction. I can click the "talk to" icon and it will put a red X through it, but the talking doesn't stop. The adult Sim wants to pee her pants, but it doesn't stop. Toddler Brady is completely exhausted and flashes the need sleep sign above his head...and yet he doesn't fall over with exhaustion! The dad can walk in and try to put Brady to bed but he can't interrupt the action. Any ideas on how to get Brady to either stop talking or to get the adult mom to walk away?

This happened to me too... in two different households! I couldn't fix it, drove me insane Maybe the new patch might help? It's available at the official Sims 3 site.

I dont know how to stop your toddler talking but if you want to make full all of your needs and if you dont want her to die just open the cheat box and write this cheat: testingcheatsenabled true

When you write this cheat you can control your all sims needs by clicking and dropping them anywhere you want! I hope this cheat helps you!

I really lol'ed at this bug. The same thing happened to me in Sims 2, a boy did not stop doing ****, he sat on the toilet sit forever. This was until I restored my backed up save.

Pity Maxis does not look unto this bugs.

Does this problem happen only to the toddlers? Because I was planning on getting this game, so I want to know what not to do.
