How to kill the Yeti in the Arena?

You don't (at least not when it's in the center chucking bombs). You need to take out the large pillars at the front of the viewing platform where the Emperor is. You need the yeti to blow up the wooden doors to either side (each guarded by 2 guards). Stand in front of the doors until the yeti chucks a bomb (then get out of the way). Once the doors blow off, go through the tunnel and up the stairs to a platform alongside the pillars. Send your minions through the gap to take the 2 on that side out. Then go back to the other door and repeat. Once the towers collapse you'll be able to deal with the yeti.
