Sitting here with the Steam version and it is working fine.
if it was just the resources that didn't work I would suggest going into one of your ware houses before pressing the buttons.

Thanx again for answering. I'll give it a try to start Anno without Internet connection and see what happens.

By the way: The trainer does NOT refuse to work properly because it's actively blocked by active AV. There was no alarm from the AV while the trainer was running!!
