Thanks for the update, I just tested it, and the game no longer crashes when using Team Health, however, it doesn't make the team invincible like option 1 does to the main character, so as far as I can tell, the option is not working, waiting for others to confirm this.

The unit health is only working for the first family member, not the second, probably not for the others either linky to my save - Link

confirmed! crew health only works for ONE family member! not two or three but ONE!
