Getting specific Hidden Power moves is easy in Shoddy battle, however for wifi battles it isn't going to be easy, I suggest changing HP Electric to Ice beam, Haze, Yawn, Toxic or Rain Dance.
Try a special Empoleon, special has more power without the first turn of set up and you don't have much for special attacks.
I'm not keen on Swords Dance with U-turn or Super Power, give Scizor a Choice Band with Super Power and Pursuit (designed to go in, attack and switch out) or trade U-turn for Pursuit and use Brick Break.
Fire Fang isn't going to do much on Gliscor, I know Smogon recommends it, however Skarmory will Whirlwind you before you KO it and Celebi isn't seen out side of Shoddy so it will only really be used against Bronzong or to inflict about 30% more damage to Scizor/ Forretress. I suggest Baton Pass, which will allow you to pass the Swords Dance boost to Scizor, Kingdra or Swampert (depending on which has the best chance to sweep, naturally Gliscor can keep it to try to sweep).
Swift Swim on Kingdra is only useful if you have Rain support, I suggest changing this to Sniper or use a Rain Dancer (Empoleon can work as a Rain Dancer).
Smogon tends to become bias to the physical side (take a look at Swampert and Vaporeon) as most teams have Blissey, however your team does not have a Blissey so it would be good to have some Pokemon with more Special Defence, try Vaporeon for mixed Defence, Gliscor for Physical Defence and Empoleon for Special Defence. Swampert can go most places on the Offensive/ Defensive scale, however I suggest mixed or to the special side as Gliscor is a great physical wall.

I assume Medicham's item is meant to be a Salac Berry?
You need more Special Defence.
Half of your team is weak to Fighting, Medicham is the only Pokemon that resists it and it is a glass cannon (it will survive one attack at most).
