Try again with a team without Ubers or hacked Pokemon.

As for Medicham, the Reversal strategy is weak to Sandstorm, Hail and priority attacks (and won't hit Ghosts).
Lucario is a better option because of its immunity to Sandstorm, also try using Substitute to get your HP down (just give EVs so its HP is not divisible by four), having Tyranitar will help with getting rid of the rare hail storm, Sub will protect it against priority attacks and Lucario can learn Crunch (with Sandstorm support most Focus Sash/ Band Pokemon will be OHKOed instead of surviving).
If you want more power you can try to use Swords Dance behind a Sub or you can go for Extreme Speed to damage priority attackers after you lose the sub and before they can hit you.

i have fix the problem so my pokemon are not hacking pokemon i got them from trade in the wifi

Clefable is awesome to since its ability magic guard i can use belly drum and life orb without taking any damage.........Right?
