disable antivirus and run trainer as Administrator.

So you are not supposed to be able to build 10 units at a time? I can no matter what the city level, perhaps I am doing something different?

we changed the code to allow it.

just got the trainer, do the whole load it then the game and press f1 at the main menu but none of the options seem to work
