No i dont have any soul dews. i dont know where to get them.

I don't think you can get them without an Action Replay/other cheating device. Have somebody trade you a Pokemon holding one.

I'm not so sure about that LoC. I believe, unlike the Azure Flute, the Soul Dew is a legitmate item that can be obtained...somehow...

The Azure Flute is a legitimate item? Maybe only through a special event...

The soul dew is a hold item that raises the special attack and special defense of latios and latias by 50%. It is found on wild latios and latias, however it is only on latias or latios that you have captured on southern island through the use of the eon ticket, which is a special nintendo event. The only way to get an eon ticket is to mix records with someone who has one, or to get a promo e-card. It is not very likely that you will be able to get hold of an eon ticket, so my suggestion is not to bother with it. I want to make it clear, the normal latias/latios you encounter in sapphire/ruby respectively do NOT have the Soul Dew.

I said UNlike the Azure Flute which, as of yet, is still a hack only item. And even if it is a Nintendo event, it is still legit. Heck, that's how I got mine.
