    No, they are planning to put the maps up on the Marketplace for download a few days after the release of Halo Wars.

    If you see on the high res pic, the boundary markers are actually quite far away from the actual structure. So its quite larger than you'd imagine at first.

    No its gonna be in the mythic map pack.

    Oh and recon will be available when "Halo 3:Recon"
    Comes out but you have to get all the skulls on the mythic maps and do 2 other achievments as said in this link:
