What the title says.
Pretty much, anytime I fast travel, the weather is changed to 'thunderstorm'. I've downloaded the 'Ring of Atmospherancy', which is a ring that changes the weather, from TESN, and can freely change the weather, but I seem to be stuck with thunderstorms every time I fast travel.
UPDATE: I think something serious is going on. One of the game's console commands allows you to change the weather and then lock it, so it cannot change again, at least until you unlock it. The Thunderstorm issue I'm having has bypassed this lock and changed the weather anyways.
UPDATE 2: The thunderstorm can actually bypass the lock without waiting for me to fast travel.

does the mod require obse to run? if it does then the script extensions could bypass the console command (in theory anyway, as i have no mod making experience and thus no actual working knowledge of it)
does the (glitch?) happen with the mod deactivated?
have you tried to move the mod to a different position in the load order?

No. RoA does not require OBSE.
Yes.
Yes.

I should add: At one point, the problem seemed to go away. The weather changed normally and didn't change to thunderstorm when I fast traveled. After a while, it came back, stuck on rain rather than thunderstorm. Locking the weather via the console worked and the problem did not bypass it, so long as I didn't fast travel.

umm.. have you tried it without any mods activated?
if it isn't a mod causing it, then i dunno.. 😵
unless maybe you have altered an ini file?

I can't readily disable all mods, as I have about 40 active. I know a conflict is not causing the problem, as I used the Mod Conflict Detector, and the only mods that conflict are Horse Armor and Frostcrag, with each other.
I haven't altered, at least knowingly, any .ini files.

have you tried poking around in the tesnexus forums to see if anyone has had a similar problem? that about the only thing i have to say to try to be of help, sorry
at least it isn't a game-breaking problem (i hope).
