uhmm.. why is it that when i'm playing gta4 in my pc. its really slow.. my specs are: AMD athlonx2, 5000+, 2.6ghz 2gb ram ATI radeon HD 3450 with 512mb dedicated windows vista 2009 and still when i play the game, its slow and has wierd graphics. help...

Can you post your ingame settings? Try lower resolution and turn off all background programms when you play.

Try that trick from my link. Have now same FPS with 1920x1200 like 800x600.

tnx tnx.. is my specs low? uhmm graphcs card not enough? T_T if i set it to medium the video memory says 300/512 so it means theres still alot right? but its so slow.. T_T wahh!i wasted my money.. T_T

The capability of your graphics card (core, shader processors, ROPs, etc.) isn't very good, as your card is very low end.
GTA IV is also extremely CPU strenuous, considering how much AI there is to control. You'll need a good quad core to pump up the AI vehicle settings.
