You're supposed to touch around the portrait's neck I think. Around the spot where Flora has an apple birthmark.

o that one! remember in the movie how she gets the little apple on her neck? click around the area that it appeared. i got stuck on it too. just click for a while and you'll get it! (don't click too high or too low!) i clicked a bit to the left of the actual spot where it appeared and that seemed to work!
