you dont need a code to get it. in the fight area after you beat the Elite 4, completed the sinnoh pokedex and then recieved the natoinaldex from prof. oak at sandgem town you should see a fisherman standing at the route above where you first got off the boat he will give you the super rod unless you aren't that far yet.
