you type in the apropriate code. The codes in question are listed on this site under Oblivion's cheat section.

If you can use the console on the 360/PS3 versions, you need to have a USB keyboard plugged into your console to type the cheats.

Can anyone here confirm if it's possible to use a USB keyboard in conjunction with a console version of Oblivion?

i cant open console on my vista system but i have another pc that is xp and i can open console, i cant open console in fallout either. u know why?
