I just like to explore and screw with pedestrians. At what point do the bridges become unlocked so can explore all the islands?

I'm really disappointed with Rockstar making the development of a trainer so difficult. Why do they care if I cheat in my single-player game? I don't care if they want to scan for trainers when I'm online, but dammit in my single-player game I should be able to hack it however I want.

Anyway, back to my question. How far into this game to I have to play before all the islands are unlocked?

You unlock when you get far enough in the game, it doesnt take long at all to get all of them.

I think its about 30-40% is all of them.

just do missions and the bridges will be unlocked.

well it opens when they burn ur house and the romans work place then u have to go to another city for a new house
