Since i've seen a lot of misconceptions figured i'd write this up before CH gets their first trainer

Just wanted to let you know, Remedy made Max Paine and they have been working on Alan Wake for the last couple of years, the ones you probably want to blame is Rockstar Toronto, they made the game from console to pc, and their trackrecords of games isnt the best; they made the warriors and then they ported Manhunt and Bully to Wii...

very true. Remedy made Max Payne 1 and 2. Rockstar published it.

However Rockstar games is making max payne 3.

so its safe to use the trainer in single player without getting banned from live? cause then i would lose my 360 account since its linked but im scared to try a trainer lol

Yes, it's safe. You will not be banned if you're using it in singleplayer...
