I don't wanna blame the victim here, but if all of these suggestions aren't working, perhaps your specific trainer was deactivated. The offline authentication should work, and if not, downloading a new copy of the same trainer should work.

Check your firewall and AV status and make sure the trainer has permission to connect to the internet. Make sure the trainer is running in administrator mode.
