I cant find the damn thing, there is sters and on the top of that i her its vois, i have lockt in that room afer the sters as well, on the floor on the walls up at the seling but nothing, were the hell is it, pease help me

If its the one in Howling Halls you mean (in Westcliff), then it depends on which direction you enter, but from memory, its in the big room where Hammer pushes over the pillar for you to cross the spiky floor. As soon as you enter this room, turn to your left, the Gargoyle is on the wall behind another pillar.
As I said, depends on which way you enter the room, but that's where I remember it is.
