Donate a large amount of money to the Temple of Light, preferably 10,000 gold (the higher, the better your chance) at around 12 - 1 pm.

or you can do it when the light hits the statue next to the donation thing, i think the statue is the one with the woman holding the acorn

i messured the time when more light was on the patern on the floor only abou ta foot or two get on it but thats basicly 12:30 and if you donate 10k when he says that and at the right time all you get is a worse then master weapon axe

the weapon you get, is efective agains some undead, it kills them whit 1 hit
