guys ive found an issue with the trainer whichever cheat it is that gives you infinite items for the u invent etc etc if you have this on it will prevent you from picking up the second lot 192 vial which i think makes your game unwinnable i suggest turning the trainer off apart from health/eve freeze after the encounter with ryan and dont turn it back on till youve picked up all the 192 you need.

if anyone knows of any further places where this might happen please let me know luckily i didnt lose "too" much progress but it was still fairly annoying to lose an hour or two's gaming
