F3 Character Editor on Fallout 3 PC Message Board - Page 1

Anyone know of a Character Editor for F3 that allows you to set the values for your skills and pick up more Perks? I remember there being one for F2 (and maybe F1)..

CH, would you guys have any word on that?

there was for both F1 and F2, i got both i think on some old cd's :P

just waiting for F3 version of them
