Nice combo set, and yes this has to be tournament play, no hacks or anything. Also maybe the Fist Plate would be good for Lucario instead of the Life Orb, but it's entirely up to you.

Fist Plate will only boost Close Combats attack by 20% where as Life Orb will boost all of a pokemon's attacks by 30%.
The HP lose is irrelevent as Lucario isn't designed for defense and will likely die with one hit.

Do you know the standared tournament clauses?

I don't remember them completely, but I'm just trying to get some of the members on the board to create a non-hacked, all-powerful team. Th best of the best in each category, trying to prevent weakness. It's just for fun.

No legal team is considered all-powerful as every legal pokemon has another pokemon that can switch in to it then pose an immediate threat, if a pokemon makes an in-balance it is considered Uber and is not allowed in standard tournament play.
