I bought mine in the USA at www.gogamer.com... they have the U.K. version in stock and I recieved it in 4 days. A very reliable and safe place to buy games... have been dealing with them for 5 years now.

Couldnt tell you how they got the U.K. version, only know the Eng-Uk patch is the one that works with the retail version I
bought...

How can they have the UK version in stock, when it isn't out here until the 7th November?

I purchased mine from www.play-asia.com

They have the international versions...standard and collector's editions.

If you are not patient, then do not order from them.

Though I ordered on the 13th I will be lucky if I receive it by this Friday or Saturday.

Not complaining, seems to be the only way to get the collector's edition (there seems to be no plans to release a US version of the collector's edition) and I will still have it before the US release AND the "balance" file is modifiable, the US version is in gibberish.

You can get it in australia but you might have trouble activating it.You have to activate online. As it says it won,t let you activate until the release date for your country.
