Does anyone have an idea who you get "No Compromise, No Regrets" from or when in the game you get it.

Isn't that the one where you take over Caracas for somebody?
It glitched for me when I was supposed to get it and never got it.
People have said there are some acheivements where you have to be certain characters to get them, but I highly doubt a story acheivement would be that.
NOTE- I seen that you got it did you just play through it again?

No it was the next mission. Yeah your right, It is where you choose China or the UN/AN guys and you fight for the city.
Reason i had the beat the game achievement before the other one was, I joined friends game after he fought for it and we just blew the bunker together

Hmm... well that's weird. After I did the mission I never got it. I guess I'll just search someone doing that mission so I don't have to play the game through again.
The only ones I need anyways are that one (No Compromise, No Regrets), Be Quick Or Be Dead, Digital Man, and Aces High (A secret acheivement for getting all HVT's captured alive besides Solano, that General guy (forgot name) and the guy on the oil rig (forgot name).

So that last secret achievement we don't have is to get them all alive?.. Thats sorta hard...

It is. You would essentially have to save after each one in case someone else threw a grenade, shot at you with a tank next to the HVT, etc. It would take along time no matter what, but having some random enemy acciendtly kill them and you having to start over wouldn't help.
I'm just going for the No Compromise and Be Quick Or Be Dead ones because they're easy and the other two would take to long for me just to devote my time to them. 930 GS out of 1000 GS for a game isn't bad though.
