We currently don't have any Halo 3 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

You use the forge editor.
If you want advice, it's not all that simple. There are a few glitches and such you'll want to know for some things. Also, you need to know where to put everything so your map isn't terrible.

Yeah it takes creativity and patience, so i don't bother i did once but gave up half way through.
