We currently don't have any Halo 3 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

So basicly this is a guide to help those who don't have the 7 Terminals. The following video was done by Squirr3lst0mper(Myself) Link
For getting the achievement You need to access the Terminal and wait the whole thing to end, you will know when it ends when it says "FRAGMENT END" You don't need to complete the whole level in order for the game to register the terminals. You MUST Get them all in order, the terminals in the video were done in order.
