Is anyone else experiencing hard crashes in Windows XP while playing Merc 2 World In Flames?

I am going to try playing it with the trainer and without to see if it is trainer related.

When I say "Hard Crashes" it forced my computer to restart a couple of times and I had to reset my BIOS in order to boot again. Only happens with Mercs 2, other games seem to run just fine for hours. Mercs 2 on the other hand will just crash at random anywhere from 2 minutes into gameplay or an hour into gameplay.

yup same here, sometimes i would get the bluescreen of death. other times the game would lockup, and my pc would restart.it has nothing to do with the trainer,it still happend without it.in my case it is a nvidia driver that is causing the problem.i downgraded my vid driver to a earlyer ver, and it made a big diff .still happens but its rare now, and i was able to finnish the game.

thats because the game consumes near 1 gig in ram to run all the physics and graphics. But it could be worse. I ran the game on vista and had no crashes without a trainer.

I haven't had any real problems with the game yet. I do have 4gb ram installed though. could be a corrupt install...
