I'm going to see if breaking up the code will solve the problem. It may be that there was just to much code in the single cheat or it may be that I had to many codes on at once. I'm going to try it with no other cheats on to see if that helps. Since I can back up my save file there's no risk of me losing my Save.

!!!!ATTENTION!!!!
These are the Fixed Legendary Event codes. Do not use the Previous Legendary Event code because it could Freeze your Game.

Event Gives you 10th Anniversary Celebi, Osaka Mew(Japanese), Gamestop Deoxys, ALAMOS Darkrai, TRU Shaymin and Regigigas.

Steps:
1)Select Part1 and Part2 (No Other Cheats) in AR and Start Game
2)Press L+R Once (Do Not Press L+R a Second Time Because This Could Freeze Your Game)
2)Go to Pokemart and talk to Green man he will give you Celebi. Talk to him 5 more times to receive rest of Pokemon.
