If you want the Hunter well first go to the police station on the first island (The one you start on) go into the change rooms and get the cop uniform and you shold have 4 star cops so you the cop cheat and then drive to the army base on second island and put the flying car cheat on and floor it! then if you went fast enough you should be able to fly over the fence then go through hole in the fence there will be lots of marines every were make sure you dont hit them because they will try kill u but when you get to the hole get out of ur car then ust walk through so you dont have to warry about em then you will see the Hunter get in it and Raise hell!
