as far as i know.... you can only change the starting amount of money in the static.db4 - located in your game folder. You open the _template_pc_Charwizard and look for the setupstorage. There you find the first entry is your money. i changed it to 200000 and got 2000 Dukaten -- you do the math. BUT you need to start a new char.
one thing a haven´t found so far is the entry that sets the value for your "basic" skills. for example a alchemist got 11 in the alchemy stat basic - but there is no value that indicated it...

A small editor, that can change some basic values (+ Money) Screenshot: Link Download: Link (DrakensangEditor0.1a.zip, 368KB) It needs .NET 2.0 to run. It worked fine for me, but I haven't tested it very well yet. Make backups of your save games before messing around! You use this tool at your own risk.

np and I'm still working on it in my spare time, so there will be more features sooner or later. But I don't know if I should find it funny, bold or stupid that they posted the editor here as "For unlimited members only" even though it's freely available (not only in this forum). Nevermind that, I've to go back to work.
IMPORTANT: This editor will not work with 64bit systems for now! I'll keep the latest versions here: Link
