Do u think a EVGA- GF 6200 256MB AGP Graphics Card or a ATI Radeon X1050 AGP 256MB Video Card will run the game? And aren't PCI's better than AGP's. One, i heard the PCI's are more recent and used than AGP's, and two, most of the graphics cards at frys are PCI-E.

PCI-E is the future, has been for a few years now. the reason why AGP has persisted is cos its still strong and puts out decent performances for the average gamer, but PCI-E offers much much more in terms of new technology being released.
That said, if your looking to upgrade any part, i would ultimately say do it next year or so, when the price of quadcores drop. But thats if your gunna overhaul the whole thing. Which is a different story altogether.
With the cards you mentioned :
"Video Memory: 256 MB (nVidia GeForce 6600 SM3 Required)"
Thats the minimum, so no for the nVidia card, i can only assume the same for the ATI card.
reccommended is the 6800, say ....well some sources, not 100%.

Okay, if you read all of that im suprised, and sorry i can't give anymore help :/

I just installed a nVidia GeForce 7300 GT 512 MB. Shouldn't it work? Do i also need over 8 gs? Cus i had around 7.5 and used the complete installation. And do i need to make any changes for my graphics card?

    7300 should work rather nicely
youll want the latest drivers for sure, and 8Gb is just to be absolutely sure of space, DMC4 takes up around 7.5Gb on my pc.
if theres still a problem id suggest contacting capcom because it definately wouldnt be a hardware problem.
