I have some suggestions don't post 16px x 16px icons because that's so win'98 style ... everybody now days uses 32px icons
Lets have a example:
1'st) some wise words from Microsoft
"Creating Icons in the Correct Size and Format
A shortcut icon for Internet Explorer must be square in size, and at least 16 x 16 pixels. Consider creating both a 16 x 16-pixel icon as well as a 32 x 32-pixel icon (and larger, bandwidth permitting), since on high-DPI displays, Internet Explorer may stretch the icon to fit the available space."
Note that works just well on firefox and the image process is far better ( for some reason I get a white background, not transparent!, at 16px icons )

3rd) the .ico in the picture above ... I'm not very creative ^__^ all I could think at the moment was the CH logo.
LinkCHico.rar should contain: 16Logo1.ico, 32Logo1.ico, 32Logo2.ico, 32Logo3.ico, 32Logo4.ico
