yes as i've already said. the cheats ONLY BLOCK the achievement listed there and that is it. they don't block 100% they don't block anything else.

So once you get the achievement yes it still blocks it but it doesn't matter because you already got it.

Regarding "Cleaned the Mean Streets" achievement, it stats that I HAVE TO CAPTURE 20 MOST WANTED CRIMNIALS THROUGH THE POLICE COMPUTER... How am I supposed to capture them when the perp & his goons keep on shooting at you?

by killing them.

same as GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas. in all cop missions you kill the person and anyone else that shoots at you.

i alrdy killed all the criminals in Bohan & Algonquin, and some in Alderney which makes it 20 plus, but still no achievement pop-up...

you need to do 20 current crimes to get the achievement. just get a cop car, come to a complete stop, then press LB. select view current crimes, then select one and it will bring up a red blip on your map. the easiest to get are the criminals on foot, all you have to do is run them over and kill them.
