We currently don't have any Halo 3 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Yes you do. It is illegal to buy it if you are not.
Some parents are afraid of the social status of their kid if they dont get them what is in, because they want them to have the life they never had. Others buy the game for themselves and their kids get to play.
