A Little Note Containing A Lot of Love

I just want to hold you in my arms till the earth turns to ash and the sky fades to black,
till the end of time i want to hold you close,
next to my heart....which keeps a steady beat,
a beat that gets its rhythm from the happiness you bring me.

What Draws Us Back

I once had a white room,
although it wasn't white for long.
Inside an empty house,
with no one but myself.
My head was empty as well.

The sweet summer air filled us both,
me and that one boy who just hurt me alittle more than a year ago.
My mother thought he was a nice boy,
but I was never that naive again.

Oh I miss my empty room,
and my empty life that was so so filled with summertime.
And my big backyard,
with my lonely tireswing.
The ladder to the top of my roof,
where I would sit and do most of my thinking.

Friends would come and go,
but my white room always stayed the same.

Oh I miss you,
my happy room.
And I know you miss me too,
because you are once again empty.
Empty and without me.
