When I save the game, when I come back in, all spells are gone. I only have the spells I would have had if I leveled without the trainer. What am I doing wrong? Trainer works great, until I save the game and then comeback in.

which version of game are you using? did you download the trainer from here or else where?

what level are you? where are you saving from (what part of the game)? how far along are you into the game?

we have had this trainer out for quite some time with no word of this problem from others. not sure how to help you and would need more information.

    Version 1.11.1153
Downloaded the 1.11.1153 trainer from here.
    OS Vista Ultimate X64
    4 GB DDR2 ram
    512 Mb PCIe video card

Leval doesn't matter. I have done this at lvl 10 and at lvl 20 maxed out. As long as I am playing after the trainer is initially used, I can cast all the spells. Using the quick cast tab, I can see and cast all available spells for my class. However, after I save the game, exit out and return later, all my skills, etc are there. Still same lvl. But I open quick cast and I have the number of spells you would get as if you lvled up naturally. Looks kinda like a big triangle. More spells at the lower end and fewer the higher up you go. And it is just random selection of the spells.

This might just be an X64 thing, but the trainer works as expected otherwise. Hellgate London trainer doesn't work X64, but it doesn't work at all. Thia one works for me, just not after I save it.

    Thanks
    Patrick

if i remember there was a specific sequence to get this to work correctly. here's what i had in the read-me
Numpad 7: Set Spell points 10/0- Can be toggled from 10 to 0 to normal use as instructed.

When at Spell points screen, press Numpad 7. You will hear "activated"
and you will see your points jump to 10.

Select a spell from the left. You will see your spell points are at 10.

Keep selecting spells (if you desire) until you get to the last available spell.

Press Numpad 7 again. You will hear "activated" and you
will see your points are at 0. This sets the spell count to 0
and you can continue. If you can't continue still, make sure to
check the other spell levels to make sure they are 0.

DO NOT PRESS Numpad 7 again until you FINALIZE your decisions. Once you
press FINALIZE and you are back to the game screen you can then
    press Numpad 7. Very IMPORTANT!

Press Numpad 7 again to turn off spell points option. This is important as you
may not get any more points in the next Level Up unless you do this!

Numpad 8: Set Ability points 10/0- Can be toggled from 10 to 0 to normal use as instructed.

When at Ability points screen, press Numpad 8. You will hear "activated" and you
will see your points jump to 10.

Increase the values where allowed until you are satisfied.

Press Numpad 8 again. You will hear "activated" and the points reset to 0.

Press Numpad 8 again to turn off the option. You will hear "deactivated".

Numpad 9: Set Skill points 10/0- Can be toggled from 10 to 0 to normal use as instructed.

When at Skill points screen, press Numpad 9. You will hear "activated" and you
will see your points jump to 10.

Increase the values where allowed until you are satisfied.

Press Numpad 9 again. You will hear "activated" and the points reset to 0.

Press Numpad 9 again to turn off the option. You will hear "deactivated".

also, it is also possible that the game hardcodes a certain number of spells that you can load in at any time. we are allowing you to have way more than the game was designed to give you. during the loading process, it may be truncating the extra spells above this hardcoded limit-

OK, now this is weird. I never noticed it before, because I was always lvl 20 and couldn't get back into the screen. But I lvld up to lvl 10, saved game. I logged back out. I closed trainer. I loaded game, loaded trainer and loaded saved game. Open spellbook, etc and nothing, same as before. Even following your istructions. However, when I hit numpad 6 and lvled up again, and went into spells section, it showed all the sells already learned. So, I have the spells learned, but I cannot access them. What am I doing wrong?
