dont worry man,,you wont be needing it that bad if your not fighting a grank-weak-to-thunder kinda monsters. devil slicer will do with ordinary-weak-to-thunder yadayadayada..it's only 100 points lower in attributes and raw dmg than that of true devil slcer. u only need 5 dragonite, 20 machalite and 2 thunderbug juice. but first u need to upgrade an iron katana to "grace" to "gospel" then to eager cleaver and finally to devil slcer. all you need are machalite ores and iron ores!

I don't think he can get a thunder bug juice right now.btw, herts did u beat the khezu or not yet.

K , so far all of your guys's sound noobish Take it from a pro who knows. One of the best weapons to use for a beginner is raw material weapons. Forget about attributes and worry about them later when you start to advance more.

Go for weapons that only require ore and stuff. When i first started out i use a G sword cuz the charge on it made a major impact on the monster. Sure its kinda slow but get yourself use to it. With this weapon you can at least block with it and thats better than not being able to block.

Heck ! even Raw material Sword & Shield is great for beginners ! I Also recommend getting jewels or armor that has Expert. Trust me affinity is definately something your going to wanna want. It increases your damage on your weapon even more if you didnt know. By 1.5 x the attack of your weapon for every red slash that comes out of it. The jewel you want is expert of course or celeberty. They re both the same. To unlock them you would need Sm. Lobster Shell or Lg. Lobster shell.You get those from plesioth.

no i havent beaten khezu yet(thing attacks with jumping zap after roar so i get the pllllllllllt end of the deal) i hate the plesioths anoying habits of just appering on me yes you were a help and i have red stripe g sword and still improving

oh im so sorry mr. pro...we was just trying to help. i'm a noob too so i kinda like telling him what i did before..my bad, dont know what hr he is..but FYI i beat the game SOLO only using longswords all the way. and oh btw, it includes training (except for the download quest w/c will probbly take me 2 days)and OH BTW i beat crmson fatalis 4 times and the white one 2 times!, again on my OWN using a longsword W/C btw u wont even find a video on utube about fatls kill with a LS-never died on those kills(of course i died a million times b4 i got to know em..hehe). domination is right, stick with raw dmg. since that's the only thing that you can afford for the time being. but anyway, try to stick with any weapon that will suite your style BEST! because in the long run, ur skills will make the difference! observe the monsters learn their moves learn your moves (or the moves that u can make with ur fav weapon) then formulate ur moves (MOVES..redundant )! BUT of course ask questions to people like mr. pro here^ for some tips. believe me, KHEZU is one of the easiest monster to beat! ALL the monsters in this game are SO predictable (remember that)once you master ur fav weapon u can beat em naked! i know i can,,Hell i can beat it using a toothpick! NAKED!

And in the long run i think you should keep you clothes on your back. No one wants to see a naked warrior running around with a toothpick. Keep it cool man.
