Well I haven't play Devil May Cry 4 yet, but being a huge fan of the series as I am I would say go for it. Have you played the other games?

If you enjoyed DMC3 then you'll like DMC4. Really I prefer part 3 over 4, but 4 is still really good!
Bloody Palace mode is much better in Part 4 than it was in part 3. You're actually timed this time and you can gain more time based on how well you perform in each level. There's only 101 levels this time compared to the 1000 (I think) that was in DMC3.
Nero is a fun "pick and play" type character as well. Not near as deep as Dante, but he's just as flashy with his attacks.

the the 1000 was kinda ridiculous in DMC3 and i was gonna wait for RAinbow 6 vegas 2 as my next game. one of my friends told me to get it and i picked it up this afternoon. it is easily the best story mode game of the year

i've got dmc4 and beaten the human levels i'm currently doing devil hunter and the story is great the gameplay can be a bit tedious at points but otherwise is a great game

tbh i hated this game i thought it was boring and felt like it should have been released last year, the cut scenes were good but the game play was horrible
