Is there a trainer or a cheat that allows me not to worry about the needs and just play?????

Well there is one
1]press Ctrl + Shift + c.
2]type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true.
3]hold Shift and click on the mail box.
4]Many option will come.
5]Choose the house... option.
6]There should be something like make all happy.
7]Click it.

Do what that person said or just type "maxmotives" without the (".

the best cheats i would recommend is "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true"
together with "motiveDecay off" (will lock all needs)
then you can set arpiration on character by pressing shift + click your sim, select set aspiration (or somthing like that) then click on max. which max your characters aspiration.

then you can lock aspiration with the simple "lockaspiration on"

that's the way i do when i want to go experiment with my sims
