There's no damage for the PS2? 
That's odd.... I thought there was. Try looking under the settings/options section in the main menu. I doubt it will be there but have a look anyways.

Ill try I mean I have it for PS2 and PC...But with the PC I never had problems.

IDK what to tell ya, Ive never heard of that, maybe a Faulty game, take it back and trade it for a new one, it might Work then ?????
