I would be a requaza because he can fly and he is tough and powerful also because he can go anywhere he wants to be and can K.O any pokemon accept other Legendary pokemon...oh and make sure you post WHY.

As I think about it, pretend it was the real pokemon world, there can only be one rayquaza,one deoxy, one jirachi and so on. What are the chances of someone being rayquaza if thousands or millions of people try to be him as well?
P.S.= If you are a common pokemon like pikachu and so on it's possible you'll be one!
