u guys r makin it harder for me. i wanna get this game so badly!

i agree with superweapons the campain in COD 2 was 2 short it take only an hour on hard LAME its much more in depth w/ COD4

Well that's your opinion bud, I personally like the rawer feel of WW2 over Modern Combat, to me Modern Combat is Not the game but the idea of Modern Combat nowadays

Plus, in the WW2 games those battles actually took place, in CoD4 and other Modern Combat games it's made up...I'd take realism in combat over fantasy anyday

But everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so I respect that...not everyone is a WW2 and history nut like me

Yes, I think I agree with the ones who say COD4 is better. It is more in depth, the upgradable weapons are awesome. The graphic detail, everything.

Now don't get me wrong. I love a WWII first person game but this one deffinetly takes the cake with a FPS

Its a great game, however like others said, i do not think its the greatest game of all time, mainlly the reason i htink this is because there's no strategy to it, its just run n gun and the basic rule is whover pullst the trigger first wins. like in shadowrun, there were upsides and drawbacks to characters so that you had to have 1 of each race on your team to be pretty solid defense or offense because you cant kill a troll with a smg, u need a dwarf of elf with a katana to come up behind it and make it bleed out

Well, I wouldn't necessarily say there's no tactics. I mean, to get through half the levels you do have to use some sort of strategy or else you get overwhelmed with them and die.

oh, well thats true
i wouldnt exactly say that either though, because if you dont hide a little you die every couple of seconds

and you can use those kind of things to your advantage
