Are you entitled to free-roam in this game ?

sort of. you can travel around to different systems in space, but are only entitled to land on one planet in each, so it is restricted a bit.

yea, he's right. i suggest that when u want to free roam, then go to every planet that's available to u. u can find certain things like debris and minerals.
