Go to Career and select Bounty. Choose the location: Rockport Century Square. If you do not have the location, Rockport, race through the Blacklist 15 until you unlock the borough. First is Rosewood, second is Camden Beach, and third is Rockport (anyway you know the boroughs... Rog told you in the SMS Messages). Once you are in Rockport Century Square, head straight the road you are on. Keep following the road until you reach the construction site to your right. Go there and hit that crashbreaker (once you hit the crashbreaker, go slow when you hit it... or else you will reach to the end of the construction site and fall to the freeway). After you hit it, stop, make a U turn, and once you have evaded. Go to the hiding spot to your left. Then... ding!!!! You are lost from the police. This would save you from them, even though the heat level is about 3 and above. If this doesn't work or does work, let me know. I will always check my topic here and post a comment.

I am a true escape artist. I can't keep a cop for more than 2 minutes. I use my car as a battering ram for cop cars. By using nitro and full speed I can disable any cop car. I also run cops into traffic and objects. I pull 180s and confuse the cops. Do dounuts in the middle of the street or in a parking lot. Everytime a cop tries to get close to you he's going to be hit hard by your spinning car. Use the pursuit breakers like crazy. Slam into the back of car haulers and log trucks to make them lose their loads. And the best of the best is the bus depot. Get up on the ramp or buses and stay there. Cops will go crazy and rarely come up the ramp after you.

That can help too (I believe), but I'd rather use the crashbeakers with hiding spots near it. I mean, the cops in heat level 5, they were making a 10-75 (rolling roadblock) on me. I got busted many times so I have to use a fast car to avoid and find the nearest crashbreaker, then another, and so on... but with the nearest hiding spot too. I rather use them instead of your car ramming cruisers.

I just drive till I eventually lose them. The longest I've been driving for one session was 2 hours 16 minutes.

Weird... losing cops takes a long time for me! I mean, condition 5 has twenty-five cops in the station. I believe there were fifteen cops after me! God, that was hard. I tried crashing into the log trailer and didn't work. I tried the car one, still. So I just use crashbreakers with the nearest hiding spot.

i just run with them and let them ram each other when i do a 180 degree turn....
