Uh, i have vanilla coh and when I load the scheldz (however u spell it) skirmish map, my game crashe

Uh, i have vanilla coh and when I load the scheldz (however u spell it) skirmish map, my game crashes. why?

It says I am missing the ConfigLua.dll file. I checked but it is still there live and kickin'. do I have to reinstall the game and all the patches?

you might have to check for viruses in the game and the computer
