    get a pikachu, give it a light ball, and stick it in the daycare w/ either a pikachu of the opposite gender or a ditto. simple as that! w/out the light ball, the pichu that hatches doesn't kno volt tackle as an egg move. it can learn it at lv 50, tho.

    also if u got pbr when u bet the game u get a mystery gift that has a pikachu LV10 that knows Volt Takle,Surf,Thunder wave and Tail whip also it's holding a Light Ball

    pbr? what is that? As to the original question wild pikachu's have a chance of holding light ball, but it is really hard to find one.
