Yeah for beginners.
And this are the words from NFS PS Forums:
''i hate how ea made the mistake of nameing the GTR R36 the GTR R35 really the infinity G35 is regarded as the R35 in the skyline timeline so the new GTR is really the R36''
That's actually not correct. The G35 designation is V35, just like in the game. They are Skylines in japan, G35's here. But there is no GT-R model for these cars. The new GT-R is not designated as a Skyline, simply GT-R. It has a chassis designation of BNR35, hence R35. Just as the BNR32, BNR33, BNR34 are the designations of the R32, R33, R34 GT-R's.
The game is right.
Buy the other GTR. It can be customized. I was told, the Proto is part Tuner, part Muscle, and the other GTR is a Tuner. Go figure.

I know that the other GTR(35) can be tuned.
But it's shame that PROTO can't be tuned.
Yeah for beginners.

They are NOT skylines in Japan, they are Infiniti G35s. They are classified "Skyline" in North America. I would know because we used to have a "skyline" in America.
And jeez, I thought I was the only one who knew as to the real reason why Skylines are classified like they are...
