The best cars for all types of races are(this are hexed cars):
    -Mercedes-Benz
    -Pre-tuned Mazda RX-8
-All of the pre-tuned cars actualy
    -Honda NSX
Those are the cars I use,and I win no matter what.No defeats.

With or without the trainer,I do great with the cars that came with the game. RX8 and NSX are NOT hexed cars. If Mercedes is anything like on Most Wanted,it sucks major. No aggression. You can win race after race using the cars that came with the game, and you don't have to have a trainer to do it,so long as you install all level 3 or 4 performance upgrades. Last night I won a grip race day with the special Integra, without the trainer. You don't need a lightning fast Exotic to win. Extreme speed isn't everything, and too much speed can make an otherwise nice handling car a living nightmare to control. A skilled, confident driver can win with a fully maxed level one or 2 car. I use all 3 levels, and I always win,and I don't always use the trainer.

    +1

Really goes to show that you don't need modifications to win. Strictly IMO, trainers and mods are for the lazy. I whole-heartedly agree that mods are unnecessary.

Yes, I know, ironic as this is, I'm on CheatHappens saying this. But hell with it, it's only an opinion, not a word of law.

When I'm feeling lazy I use the trainer, but must admit, its more fun without it. The trainer takes away the challenge of the game. Its much more rewarding to win by skill and work,to earn your wins, rather than have a trainer do it all for you.
