Using the no-cd fix The trainer works if I run it after the game load. I don't think the original is out in my country yet.

Please, I need help !
I can't take the rocket launcher, nor no other weapons, and thus I cannot kill the large animal (xenon?) when one asks me to aim on his back with the rocket launcher!
What can I do ?

I've patched my game to V1.2 and installed the V1.2 trainer. When I launch the trainer and then the game and press F1 at the main menu, nothing happens. No sound, no visible indicator, nothing. This is the first time I've tried a trainer so I'm not sure what's supposed to take place. The included trainer doc. says "listen for 'Activate'". Does that mean I should hear a voice say "activate"? Regardless, the cheats don't work (pressing NumPad keys has no effect on ammo or health) so I'm assuming the trainer's not getting activated for some reason. Can anyone suggest a reason?

Make sure your F-lock key is on and you should hear 'activated' when you press F1. You can also try running the game first, then the trainer. Lastly, try the 1.2 no-cd fix and other things mentioned in the trainer troubleshooting guide.

I just bought the original game.. And wanted to use the trainer. I also tryed upgrading to v. 1.1 or v. 1.2 but with no luck. How can I determine wich version I have of the original game ?
I assumed, since I wasn't able to upgrade to version 1.1 or 1.2, I guessed I allready had v. 1.2, and downloaded that trainer.
I started trainer, then game.. I hear "activated"-voice.. And then the game crashes..
It could work with a no-dvd file.. But wich one should I use ?
Since I donæt know wich version I have ...

Well, took a chance on 1.2 nodvd..
And the trainer works fine..
Until I choose to quit, then the game freezes..
I have to use alt+tab and quit the game externally..

Are there any way round that ?

I think that's a small side effect if the trainer works fine.
